Nothing is sold on this site today, so there is nothing to refund. This page says that plainly, and sets out the rights that apply once units ship.
Today there is nothing to refund
Joining the RAYRAY Batch 01 waitlist is free and takes an email address. There is no deposit, no reservation fee, and no payment method connected to this site, so no refund can arise. To come off the list, write to legal@mosadd.com.
Paid reservations
If paid reservations open, the refund terms for them are published here before checkout opens. No such terms exist today, and no figure on this site is one you can be charged.
Post-delivery return (EU)
Buyers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving one, under the Consumer Rights Directive. The refund goes back to the original payment method within 14 days of us being told. Selling from Switzerland does not remove this right.
