These terms cover the only thing on offer here today: a free waitlist for RAYRAY Batch 01. Nothing on this site takes payment.
What you are signing up for
A free waitlist, and nothing else. Joining takes an email address, costs nothing, and buys nothing. There is no deposit, no reservation fee, and no place in a production queue to purchase. Checkout is closed, no payment method is connected to this site, and no card can be charged from it.
RAYRAY Batch 01 is listed at �899, paid once. None of that is payable today.
Leaving the waitlist
Write to legal@mosadd.com and we remove your address. Because no money changes hands there is nothing to refund. See refund policy.
Paid reservations
When RAYRAY Batch 01 can be bought, the terms of sale are published on this page before checkout opens: price, payment, cancellation, warranty, and the seller's commercial-register and VAT numbers. None of those terms exist yet, so nothing here binds you to them.
Delivery
Stated ship target for batch 01 is Q3 2028. It is a target, and joining the waitlist is not an order, so it is not a delivery promise to anyone. If the date moves we will say so here and by email.
Your statutory rights
Buyers in the European Union keep the 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Selling from Switzerland does not remove it, and no term published here later will.
