Ship target
Batch 01 of RAYRAY Batch 01 has a stated ship target of Q3 2028. If that date moves we will say so here and by email rather than letting it drift quietly.
Destinations and carriers
No destination country list has been fixed and no carrier has been appointed. Both will be published here before checkout opens.
Rates, duties and taxes
Shipping rates and the treatment of import duties and taxes are not settled either. They will be stated in full, per destination, before any order can be placed.
What it costs to join today
Nothing. Checkout is closed, no payment is taken, and the waitlist form asks for an email address and nothing else. Paid reservation terms will be published here before checkout opens.
Returns
The seller, mosADD Sarl, is established in Switzerland. That does not remove the European obligations: buyers in the European Union keep the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. See refund policy.
